Mr. TRK Reddy is the torchbearer of the organisation’s vision, values, and strategy. He strives to drive the continuous innovation in the organisation across systems, operations and people. Mr. TRK has an illustrious career in multiple sectors as a Bureaucrat. He has a Post Graduate degree in MBA from Andhra University and worked in Customs Department, Ministry of Finance for 10 years. During the year 2002, he took the VRS from the department and started a career in Hospitality and Real Estate industry. In the year 2006, he started a Hospitality Chain called Celebrations in Jubilee Hills and Madinaguda. He is also a part of Karthikavanam, an Eco-Tourism project in Vishakapatnam in the name of Mag Leisures. He has executed many projects in Hyderabad and Vishakapatnam in the name of Sri Ram Homes. After proving himself individually, he ventured into a prestigious project of constructing a High end, High Rise Gated Community called Lansum Etania in 8 Acres, with 552 units. Lansum Etania was completed in 2020 spread across 2 Million Sqft with a Club House. After successfully completing Lansum Etania and initiating Lansum Eldarado, Mr. TRK has gained over 20 years of experience in the Construction sector. With this vast experience, he started a company with Young Aspiring Entrepreneurs that led to Terra Liva Estates LLP

V RAJASHEKAR REDDY

Mr. V. Rajashekar Reddy has a Post Graduate degree from Osmania university. Mr. Reddy was in Transport and Borewell business. He has hands on experience in software development, Biotechnology and construction. He has been associated with Mr.TRK Reddy as a working partner in all his projects since 2006. Also, a partner and land owner of Lansum Etania Developers LLP. Currently, he is associated with Terra Liva Estates LLP as a Designated Partner.

P V RAO

Mr. PV Rao graduated from Gulbarga University. In the year 1993, he was associated with a real estate firm on the name of Pride Homes Pvt Ltd and ventured into many projects in Gatkesar and Warangal. He initially ventured into land acquisition and real estate marketing, he then diversified into construction in the year 1996 by setting up SV Homes. SV homes successfully completed projects in and around Hyderabad. Later in 1999, he discovered his passion towards land acquisitions and land trading that made him to pursue his career in it. He expertises in doing a lot of DTCP layouts. Now, he is a part of our esteemed company Terra Liva Estates LLP and he heads our negotiations and most of the land deals we endure into.

ALLIPURAM RAJASHEKAR

Mr. Rajashekar Reddy is an Electronics and Communications Engineering graduate from CBIT, Osmania University. After graduation, he worked with prestigious organisations like ISRO, Satyam, Tavant, 2wire, Intel, Kanbay and Capgemini in Information Technology services for over 22 years at various levels in USA & India. Mr. Reddy ventured into entrepreneurship and started his own IT firm Brio Factors Technologies India Ltd and a startup paisavasul.com at THUB. Now, he takes care of the marketing, sales, technology and digital marketing at Terra Liva Estates LLP.

ASHWIN REDDY

Mr. Ashwin is a young Entrepreneur who has done his Industrial Engineering and Management from MS Ramaiah, Bangalore. He gained first hand experience in the Hospitality industry by associating with Swagath Group of Hotels, Hyderabad in 2013. He then moved to his family business of running an FMCG company KPR INDIA Pvt Ltd. Later, he became the founder of the company JOLT VENTURES consisting a chain of Restaurants and Retail stores, associating with Brands Like Belgian Waffle Co., 99 Pancakes, Chai Galli, 27 Culinary Street and Ximi Vogue Retail in Chennai and Bangalore. Post the COVID-19 lockdown, he passionately ventured into real estate with a vision towards building Self sustainable Communities. Under the mentorship of Mr. TRK Reddy, he has been instituted as the CEO of Terra Liva Estates LLP.

UJWAL REDDY

Mr. Ujwal Reddy is young entrepreneur who completed his Masters in Construction Management from University of Texas, USA. Mr. Ujwal has been interning with various projects during bachelors such as L&T Hyderabad Metro, Aparna One and Surbana Jurong. He worked with Shapoorji & Pallonji as full-time employee in the Telangana Secretariat project. Now, he ventures into becoming an entrepreneur associating with Terra Liva Estates LLP. He is currently leading our High Rise project coming up in Ramanthapur under the mentorship of Mr.TRK Reddy.
